1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and okeber ("okeber," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okeber.net. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Wagering Rules

General wagering rules that apply across all okeber products include the following:

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply to all okeber promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms:

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

okeber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated product rules
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted through okeber's responsible gaming tools

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, okeber is entitled to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, okeber may forfeit all or part of the balance. Where no breach is substantiated, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Intellectual Property
